Lesson 1: His Conversion

The church in Jerusalem soon had its problems. Stephen, one of its greatest leaders, was stoned to death. Acts 8: 1, introduces us to a man called Saul, who was present at the stoning and approved of his death.

Lesson 2: His Travels

Readings: Acts 11: 19-26; 13: 1-12

Stephen had been stoned to death for his Christian faith. The church in Jerusalem was being persecuted. Some of the Christians fled for their lives, but they passed on the message of the Gospel wherever they went.

The first missionary journey continued with Paul and Barnabas leaving Paphos for the mainland of southern Galatia.

Lesson 4: His Problems

Readings: Acts 14: 1-28

The first missionary journey continued with Paul and Barnabas travelling to three other cities. These cities were called: Iconium, Lystra and Derbe.
