Have you decided what job you want to work at when you leave school? This lesson is about someone to whom God gave a very special job. Elisha intended to work as a farmer but God had other plans for his life. He was to succeed Elijah as God’s prophet.

Lesson 3: The prophet Elisha helps a soldier

Poor Naaman! It looked as if his brilliant career in the army was over. He had developed a disease for which there was no known cure. Then in a remarkable way Naaman got to hear about Elisha who lived and worked in Israel. Perhaps there was a chance his disease could be cured.
Lesson 4: The prophet Elisha promises victory

One person inside the city wasn’t panicking. Elisha knew that God was still in control of the situation. God had told him what was to happen.
